Comedy fans who are feeling a little empty inside after the end of this year’s NZ International Comedy Festival are in for a pleasant surprise.
Some of the hot ticket shows people were gushing about during the Festival will be returning for a run at Auckland’s Basement Theatre this September for one week only.
Acts include: Alice Snedden, Eli Matthewson, Guy Williams, Mel Bracewell, Donna Brookbanks, Hamish Parkinson and Ryan Richards, and Snort.
With a selection of winners and finalists of Comedy Fest Awards, the return season has got all the hot comedy styles covered with the likes of observational, awkward, sketch, music, dry and improv.
If you are in front of a device that connects to the internet, then comedyfestival.co.nz is the place to go for all the information you could ever want about the Comedy Fest Return Season. We will, of course, be sending our roving band of comedy-loving reviewers out to each of the shows as well as highlighting our must-see acts.
