After wowing crowds opening for NZ faves Ed Sheeran and Lorde this year alone, the lads of Drax Project have announced a headlining show at Auckland’s Powerstation on the May 11th, presented by ZM and Eccles Entertainment.

This kiwi born four-piece has been making waves on the charts with their single Woke Up Late, a cool track that never fails to get you on your feet. Drax Project made a name for themselves busking on the streets on Wellington, finding that there was no end of people stopping to dance. Mixing the worlds of pop and RnB, it’s no wonder they already have 5.8 million streams on Spotify – a number that’s rapidly increasing by the day. Pre-Ed Sheeran days, the band was regularly selling out 3,000-5,000 capacity venues across the country, so this one-off, more intimate show isn’t one to be missed.
