UK alt-rock quartet, Wolf Alice are returning to New Zealand soil for one show only on Thursday 20th September, following their set at Laneway Festival earlier this year.

The band’s unique sound combining rock, grunge, folk with touches with electronic elements saw their debut album My Love is Cool a gold-certification and a #2 charting position in the UK charts. The success of that record didn’t stop there, as they’ve been awarded Mercury Prize and Grammy nominations, as well winning the NME Award for Best Live Band.

Riding on the high of their 2015 album, last year their release of Visions of a Life earned high praises from Rolling Stone. With the songs feeling even more powerful live. Wolf Alice has supported big names in the industry such as; Queens Of The Stone Age, Liam Gallagher, and Foo Fighters. If that wasn’t enough the band has contributed to the simple yet dramatic soundtracks of 2016 blockbuster hits; Ghostbusters, and T2 Trainspotting.

Coming to us hot from UK summer festivals, they’re headlining show at the Powerstation, presented by Frontier Touring, will not be one to miss!
